Thank you for purchasing a Samuel Groves product. Registration of your pan for its lifetime guarantee enforces your guarantee coverage and allows us to keep you up to date on product information and offers. If you have questions about your warranty, please contact our sales team here.

Samuel Groves offers lifetime guarantee for any manufacturer's defects. We will replace any item with the same or similar item, if the item fails during use. Guarantee not effective for commercial use.

If your product covered by this guarantee fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.

This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
